18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INSURANCE ALIGNMENT
18.A. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor’s liability arising from or related to the collection, use, disclosure, or protection of personal information is limited as stated in this Policy and applicable governing agreements.
18.B. Nothing herein constitutes a guarantee of security or an admission of liability for unauthorized access or data incidents beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
18.C. Insurance and Liability Alignment: Sponsor may, but is not required to, maintain any insurance coverage, including without limitation general liability, product liability, cyber liability, errors and omissions, or other commercial insurance. The existence, absence, type, scope, limits, or exclusions of any insurance coverage shall not expand, increase, modify, or create any additional liability, obligation, or right of any entrant, participant, user, or third party under these Official Rules, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, or any related promotional materials. No entrant, participant, or user is a third-party beneficiary of any insurance maintained by Sponsor. This clause survives the conclusion, cancellation, or completion of any promotion, sweepstakes, prize award, or website use and applies equally to all claims arising under, or relating to, these documents.
18.D. This Privacy Policy does not create rights beyond those provided by applicable law and does not waive legal defenses.
18.E. This Section survives termination of Website use.
