1. Scope of Policy

A. This Shipping & Return Policy (“Policy”) applies solely to physical merchandise purchases made through the Sponsor’s website.

i. This Policy does not apply to sweepstakes entries, prizes, vehicles, or cash alternatives.

ii. Sweepstakes participation is governed exclusively by the applicable Official Rules.

2. Production of Merchandise

A. All merchandise sold on this website is made to order and custom printed for each customer.

i. Orders enter production only after payment has been successfully completed.

ii. Typical production time is approximately two (2) to five (5) business days.

3. Shipping & Delivery

A. Shipping time begins after production is complete.

i. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

ii. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier, and factors beyond Sponsor’s control.

B. Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s control.

4. Tracking Information

A. Tracking information is automatically emailed once an order ships.

i. Tracking updates may take twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours to appear.

5. Shipping Responsibility & Costs

A. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in this Policy, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

i. This includes original shipping fees.

ii. This includes return shipping for any approved return.

iii. This includes reshipment fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

iv. This includes reshipment fees resulting from failure to claim delivery.

B. Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has entered production or shipped.

C. Approved replacement items resulting from verified defects, misprints, or Sponsor error will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

6. Lost or Undeliverable Packages

A. Lost in Transit

i. Orders believed to be lost must be reported within thirty (30) days of the estimated delivery date.

ii. If the carrier confirms the package was lost, Sponsor may issue a replacement at no cost.

B. Delivered but Not Received

i. If tracking information shows an order as “Delivered,” Sponsor is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.

ii. Customers are encouraged to check around their delivery location, with neighbors or household members, and with the last-mile carrier.

C. Incorrect Address or Failure to Claim Delivery

i. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

ii. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to claim delivery, require payment of additional shipping fees for reshipment.

7. Returns & Exchanges — General Policy

A. Because all merchandise is made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

i. Incorrect size ordered.

ii. Wrong item, color, or style selected.

iii. Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

iv. Preference changes.

v. Items fitting differently than expected.

B. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, sizing information, and size charts prior to placing an order.

C. Returned, refunded, or otherwise voided merchandise purchases are not eligible for sweepstakes entries.

i. Any sweepstakes entries associated with a returned or refunded purchase will be voided and removed.

ii. No replacement or alternative entries will be issued for returned or refunded merchandise.

8. Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

A. Customers may request a return or replacement only for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered.

B. Claims must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking.

i. Day one (1) is the calendar day the item is marked as delivered.

ii. The submission deadline is 11:59 PM (local time) on the seventh (7th) day following delivery.

iii. Claims submitted after this deadline will not be reviewed or approved.

9. Return & Replacement Request Process

A. To streamline the review process, customers must submit claims by emailing returns@midwestautosweepstakes.com.

B. The email must include all of the following:

i. Clear photographs showing the entire product.

ii. Clear photographs showing the specific defect, damage, or misprint.

iii. A written explanation describing the nature of the defect or how the item differs materially from what was ordered.

iv. Order details, including the order number, order date, and the purchaser’s name and email address used at checkout.

C. Incomplete, unclear, or late submissions may be delayed or denied.

10. Review & Resolution

A. All claims are subject to verification and reviewed in the order received.

i. Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval or resolution within a specific timeframe.

ii. Sponsor does not provide a guaranteed processing or resolution timeline.

B. If a claim is approved:

i. A replacement item may be issued at no cost to the customer.

ii. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at Sponsor’s discretion.

iii. Approved quality claims do not require the item to be returned unless specifically requested.

11. Return Authorization

A. Returns must not be sent without prior authorization.

i. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

ii. Return instructions will be provided if a return is approved.

12. Changes to Policy

A. Sponsor reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.

i. Updates will be posted on the website.

ii. Continued purchases constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
